However, a heavy piece of wood fell from the wall and hit my friend, and I didn’t receive any help when I mentioned it to the reception team. The taxi service was overpriced, and there were communication issues with the drivers. Also, my laptop bag went missing for part of the evening, which added stress to our stay. Despite these problems, the room itself was well-appointed and clean, and the breakfast staff certainly made the mornings enjoyable.

I was really impressed by the cleanliness throughout my stay. everything was spotless, including my room which had modern furnishings. The attentiveness of the staff, especially Mr Faisal at reception, made me feel welcomed and valued. However, the TV remote was a bit of a hassle, as it didn’t work properly during my stay.
